The weekly reports with photos were particularly helpful as they provided a clear understanding of the progress made and any challenges encountered. Their willingness to help with design ideas was invaluable in making sure the end product was exactly what you envisioned. The team was also very mindful of your budget and provided suggestions on ways to save money without compromising the quality of the work. Overall, I would say that this was the best construction company I have ever worked with. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to delivering an outstanding final product were second to none. Our new kitchen is gorgeous thanks to Marcelo Estrada and his crew. They did a magnificent job completely remodeling our kitchen and did it in seven weeks-on time and on budget! When I saw it completed for the first time, I started crying. I expected to be happy with the improvements but didn't expect this level of appreciation and joy. The craftsmanship and quality of cabinets is beautiful, and the new floor is lovely. Weeks later we still marvel at how happy we are. Marcelo has a keen sense of design and helped us with material selection and offered suggestions throughout which really helped the design process move along. He and his team are incredibly easy to work with-- they are all so accommodating and careful and paid attention to all the details. Marcelo responded to our texts right away and made sure our requests were handled quickly. Our neighbors commented on how friendly and considerate his team was. While in every remodel there can be issues, in our case the dishwasher leaked the first time we used it. It was the day before Christmas so we sent Marcelo a text saying it could wait until the following week, but he had his guys out there early Christmas eve. Marcelo even had a cleaning team come in after they were finished, and they surprised us by painting our front steps-what a welcome sight to return to. Early on in the project we decided to retile the bathroom floor and without a change in our construction timeline Marcelo accommodated our additional request. He and his team are delightful and highly skilled, and we highly recommend Marcelo Estrada Construction.
